Patient Portal
Pediatric Partners’ Patient Portal is a web-based system that serves as a secure communication link between the patient and Pediatric Partners. This portal supports access to:
- Use the messaging feature to communicate with clinical staff
- View health summary information
- Send health summary information update requests
- View lab and other diagnostic test results
- Schedule, confirm, cancel, or reschedule an appointment
- Request a medication refill
- Print or save an electronic copy of your health summary or immunization record
A portal authorization agreement must be completed by patient/family before access with a private user log-in name and password is granted by the practice.
